Shipping
After you place an order with us, we strive to ship your products as soon as possible. We guarantee that your order will be shipped within seven (7) business days at the latest. However, please note that the actual time it takes for your order to arrive at your doorstep will depend on your location and the carrier's schedule. We will do our best to provide you with an estimated delivery time frame once your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other events beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order. In any case, we will provide you with tracking information so that you can keep an eye on your package's progress.
Return Policy
You may return any clothing item purchased on the website within ten (10) days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Additionally, the garment must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any other packaging materials.
Please note that orders must be returned from within the United States. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the products. The store does not accept and will not process international returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at marialapazus@gmail.com for a return guide from our courier. We strongly advise that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We reserve the right to deny any refund if the returned merchandise does not meet these policy requirements.
Once we receive the returned item, please allow up to three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. The processing time for refunds may vary based on the payment method used and the credit card issuer.
Please note that shipping costs and any import taxes or other taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. The store is not responsible for any fees charged by customs, and you are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
